Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
How much will shipping cost?
Currently, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 with all other orders requiring a $5 flat shipping fee up to 5lbs and $15 for 5lbs and over.
Which services do you use for shipping?
As with many small businesses, we rely on the United States Postal Service, USPS. They provide excellent. service , easy tracking, and deliver within 1-3 business days of shipment.
Do you provide rush/expedited shipping?
In order to keep costs low, we do not currently offer rush/expedited shipping. Should you have a special need, please contact us at info@themontroseforge.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States, its territories, and APO mailboxes. Should you have a special need, please contact us at info@themontroseforge.com.
Will I be able to track my order status and my package?
In order to track your order status, simply refer to your confirmation email, sent from info@themontroseforge.com and click on order tracking link.
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you with a link to the USPS site for tracking.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
We are offering curbside pickup for all online orders, Monday through Friday, from Noon - 7PM. Simply place your order online and choose a pick-up time that is convenient. Your order will be ready for pickup within 15 minutes.
