Online Orders

We know that sizing can be difficult when buying leather and other clothing online.  Please feel free to call or email us prior to completing your purchase for a sizing recommendation. 

Apparel Items

May be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, in original condition, and still has tags attached
  • Date of return request/exchange request is within 30 days of purchase
  • Items purchased online must be returned to our Main Store location in person or shipped back, at the customer’s expense 

Furniture

May be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Date of return request/exchange request is within 30 days of purchase
  • Items purchased online must be returned to our Main Store location in person or shipped back, at the customer’s expense 

Bondage/Bondage Accessories

May be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, in original condition, and still has tags attached
  • Date of return request/exchange request is within 30 days of purchase
  • Items purchased online must be returned to our Main Store location in person or shipped back, at the customer’s expense 

Adult Novelties and Accessories

Apparel may be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, in original condition, and still has tags attached
  • Date of return request/exchange request is within 30 days of purchase

Consumable Products

Returns and exchanges are not permitted on consumable products in any circumstance.
